Senior Project Manager
SEIU 775 Benefits Group

  • Led multiple cross-functional projects across workstreams at SEIU 775 Benefits Group, a complex nonprofit that delivers employment benefits to home healthcare workers in Washington State.

  • Delivered a 55,000-user learning management system, leading an internal team of 70+ people across eleven workstreams, plus five external vendors, in-time and on-budget.

  • Worked closely with senior leadership to develop the organization’s nascent information security department.

Project manager
Magoosh

  • Planned and executed multi-month timelines for projects at Magoosh, a mission-driven edtech startup. Including optimizing guidelines for delegating work, documenting processes, and coordinating tasks for IELTS & TOEFL product teams.

  • Led teams of 3-5+ people (including internal collaborators and external contractors) to complete in-depth analysis and content creation work.

  • Drafted DEIJ language guidelines to guide content creation.

  • + 4% year-over-year growth of student essay-grading subscriptions after created guidelines were implemented for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).
